#1( Number One ) a.k.a Mr. Zoom Zoom was born Ugiagbe MacJohn Omoruyi in the late 1980's into an Edo family. He was raised by his grandmother and cousin sister. His love for music started at childhood, listening to and singing the reigning songs of the day. His grandmother and singer cousin, Muwa Dynamite, were big influence as they would sing and sing without end. At age 7, he alongside two of his cousins performed a special number, written by Muwa Dynamite, in church. That was his first experience of performance. At age 13, he co-formed the 'Gospel Acapel', an acapella group in Seven Days Adventist Church. He later moved on to form 'BXG', a hip hop band in his Alma mater, Bishop Ajayi Crowther Memorial College. The group rocked the streets of Benin City until it was dissolved in 2006.He immediately joined the choir of God's Own Divine Ministry in the same year and was made choirmaster few months after but not after he had co-formed another acapella group with the choir pastor and some fellow choristers. Due to admission into the Delta State University, he could no longer work with the choir because of distance barrier. He immediately co-formed 'Omo'Naija the Root' with his long time music mentor, Lazeal and a friend called Young Ize. In 2010, he recorded 'Pay Me My Money' and 'Love na Thief', two songs that rocked the streets of Lagos. He is a rugged entertainer while on stage, a disciplined person while off stage. He is a pace-setter and goal getter. He plans to be bigger than Michael Jackson some day. He has performed alongside big names in the industry including artistes, D.J's, comedians and radio-on-air personalities. His latest single 'I Like Yansh' celebrates both women and men.
